Bought second hand 10 years ago. Believe van is 2002 model. Only used 3 days a year to visit annual Game Fair5 berth with toilet / shower combined. Everything works, such as cooker, fridge, hot water and blown air heating. Has blinds and fly screens, wood effect flooring, comes with gas bottle and electric leadUpholstery good except for one small hole which looks like it could have been a cigarette burn. Double axle, tyres are all good.Full sided awning included with sale , in good condition Has a stabilising hitch. Ready to go, good condition for its age.Dry van, no damp as stored in closed shed.
