Tidy for age usual knocks and dings
Has had water damage in the past of which some is noticeable from inside. All leaks have been sealed including both large top rails and 2 new skylights a few years ago.
The front gas locker still slightly leaks but doesn’t get into caravan Comes with large awning with bedroom annexeThere are a few tears at end of awning from pulling it along awning rail,top one has been stitched ,side ones just taped but still usable Aqua roll water carrierWastemaster waste water carrier, caps have a few cracks but still usable Hook up cableFolding tableSpare wheelHas a gas water heater and cooker. Gas fire we havnt used this so dont know if it works properly. 3 way fridgeCassette toilet There is a shower but again don’t use because shower tray has a few small cracks and would need sealing Some of the 12v light tubes have gone dull so will need replacingOne of the long side mirrors is missing in toiletHas Alko stabilizer and hitch lockTows well,just been to dorset 360 mile round trip no problems, I use a Vauxhall zafira 1.9Some of the inside window trim has shrunk and come away but doesn’t affect window ,a couple of the window stays need replacing.
