Some damp damage on the side where the door is. We believe this has now been fixed but there is still discoloration of the wood and popped panels from when it was an issue (see photos).The damage to the seals was originally caused by wind tugging on the Awning but the seals have now been repaired.The caravan comes with aqua rolls (used for water storage and transportation), waste water disposal carriers, a Caravan cover and an Awning with sleeping rooms (think tent like bed rooms inside the awning).
