When I first bought it (around 9 years ago) there was evidence of historical damp, which hasn’t worsened very much in that time. In my honest opinion, this is definitely spares/repairs and isn’t suitable for sleeping accomodation. It could be useful for either spare parts to sell individually or appliances etc. for a camper conversion. It could also be used as a field shelter to get in out of the rain and make a cup of tea etc.From memory when I last used it, the fridge worked on gas and 240v (never tried it on 12v). The oven and hob both worked. The taps and water pump worked, the electric flush on the toilet worked. The water heater is there, but I can’t remember if it worked or not. The gas heater with fan worked (this has a knob from another model – which doesn’t fit perfectly, but works fine). I seem to remember that the over-cooker extractor also works. The shower tray is in tact. I believe all the lights also work.It does have historical damp to the wall in the bathroom beside the toilet, and now appears to have developed damp around the water heater – which has caused…
