We are unfortunately selling our beloved static caravan situated on Seaview holiday park, Whitstable. It is a 2012 ABI Ambleside which is a larger than average static caravan at 40x13ft.It has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 3ft single beds and the other with a king sized ottoman storage bed. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is an additional family bathroom. The living area and kitchen are open plan with free standing furniture for a homelier feel. There is a full size integrated fridge freezer and washing machine which is a god send! The caravan is situated at Seaview holiday park, which is located right on the beach. It is open 11 months of the year and has an outdoor swimming pool, kids playground and clubhouse. Site fees and rates and water charges are paid for the remainder of the 2020 season(until end of January 21) There is an ‘L’ shaped gated veranda attached.
