This is a 1988 caravan with an oldAwning that we brought in 2014 to try caravaning and kept it for 4 years, we are only selling as we wish toupgrade. Good Bits:Lightweight and tows lovely2 new tyres in 2017Just used this August Bank Holiday, had heavy rain and no internal leaksIn the van or Awning. No internal damp smellsFridge clean and worksOven all in working orderGas hob in working orderAll internal and external lightsworking (as of our last trip at theWeekend) Floor is dry and not spongyPlenty of electric pointsAll opening windows in goodconditionDouble bed front and backBad Bits:It is an old caravan with a few dingson the outside and a little oldfashionedAwning is old with metal poles withsuckers to the caravan and beenpatched up here and there. Caravan is very dry except the front, it has been a problem since we had it, I expect it will still read quite high ona damp meter but doesn’t seem to effect it internally Outside above the window there isa strip of tape above the windowto cover some small holesI also put a strip of tape above the outside storage door, this stops itleaking but could be fixed withsome new door seal. Gas heater, we have never usedso don’t know if it works and coulddo with a service before it is used. It is a cold water only caravan butthe water inlet socket as brokeninternally so no water, we have justused a water butt. There are connections under theseats for a battery but we have neverused a battery so don’t know if it allworks and probably wants…
