This two berth caravan has served me well for the last few years. I have used it for weekend and longer stays away.The “L” shaped seating makes a more spacious sitting area and with a fitted table (easily removed ) converts into a reasonable size double bed across the front of the caravan. The equipment all works although I use very little of it as I stay on CC sites who have all the facilities for washing etc. Fridge/freezer is good for food storage heating is good with gas or electric. It has a porch awning with it which seems to be in good repair. The floor is a bit spongy but has got no worse than when I bought it several years ago. There is a section of black mould beneath the front window but I think that that is all it is as the actual structure of the frame is solid as there is in the far corner but both seem to be from condensation than water ingress from outside. But generally speaking a clean dry and comfortable van. Has water and waste barrels pipes to connect.
