This is a well used caravan reluctantly selling as in need of repair, needs some attention which a DiY enthusiast could easily manage. Unfortunately I have not got the time or skill required. The inside of the caravan is mint except some water ingress to the front right (as you look at it from outside). This has caused the framework to become weak and the Awning runner is coming away from the body of the caravan. This can be seen in the photos attached. It also needs the electrics looking at as the 240v sockets work but have no 12v capacity. This may be easily remedied by purchasing a new leisure battery.We have used this caravan for over 10 years travelling the width and breadth of the UK, its light and tows like a dream but it has been stood idle for the past three years due to unfortunate family matters although it has been used as an extension when family have visited as kept on the drive, it has been covered but neglected to maintain it properly.It can be towed away immediately as all road lights are working fine.Caravan is advertised on other sites and may be removed at anytime before the auction has ended.
