Selling my 2 berth caravan.Its in a well used condition and shows sign of a water leak from the roof area at some point. I have owned this caravan for 3 years and used it for weekends away. We have used it when its been heavy rain and last time was last weekend end of July when it rained heavy but the roof didn’t leak then. Only once did we notice a slight leak about 2 years ago but I may have disturbed the area of the roof where it seals when attaching a bit of tarpaulin when our gazebo broke. But not noticed any more leaks when its been raining. But part of the wooden interior will need replacing/repairing. And I advise getting the roof sealed of which I would try to do this but I would like to sell this caravan before my next storage payment is due. Ideal project for someone as apart from that it is a nice little caravan. I will update the photos at some point as the only photo of the kitchen area I have is a bit cluttered. It didn’t have any gas for the cooker when I brought it but since have brought a new gas bottle but it might be half full now as we have used the gas hobbs and the grill.
