We’re selling our cherished van as our kids are of an age where they’re less keen to holiday with us.The Good:Overall fair, usable condition – we have been away in her twice this year.Serviced in 2018 so the important stuff has been checked. The engineer said these vans are well built.Internally clean and tidy – there is a lounge area (converts to a double bed), Kitchen area with working gas oven/grill, electric (or gas) fridge, plumbing to Kitchen sink*, 2nd bedroom area with either single bunks or double plus bunk, separate toilet with that can be used as a shower via hose from sink (drainage to exterior).Plenty of storage.The tires have good tread and there is a spare underneath*.All electrics (except heating element) work on mains hook up – two leads included.The 110ah leisure battery is nearly new and works*.Cold Water is available via the barrel and pump* – this supplies the Kitchen tap and Sink/Shower.A further included container collects waster water from the sink.The toilet cassette works well.The sockets work with mains. The electric fire works.The windows and doors work as they should*The hook up works and towing is stable.The included awning is much newer than the van and provides enough space of a table and chairs etc. and covers most of one side – attaches via the track.
