very light to tow. My meriva pulled it very well . toilet is the manual flush type. oven, grill and 4 rings all in nice condition. gas of course. gas heater but no blow air. friedge, Electrolux. 12 volt lighting only but we used a mans light when electric hook up is available.Water container and grey water container included, also old type ariel for tv reception. sorry ,no awning as its about warn out so I thought the buyer wouldn’t want it.
