For sale is our well loved 4 berth touring caravan. ‘Iris’ needs some more love as recent damp patches have appeared as pics indicate. My husband can repair but ill health has meant progress is slower than we would like. He has average DIY skills and I have the DIY skills of a turnip. The caravan does not smell of mould, however,it could do with a refresh. The basics are all there – oven/grill, hot/cold running water, shower, fridge/compartment box freezer, heating etc, to make it your own.The main curtains and seat cushions have been stored indoors in a dry cupboard. It is warm and comfy. Main double bed rolls out in main area at front of caravan. Side single bed with overhead pull out bunk. This also doubles up as a seating area with a table. Large cupboard storage. Moulded unit to bathroom which is sealed and dry. Feels clean to shower in. Decent height cassette toilet. Caravan cover blew off in wind and removed tv arial on top. Porch awning included, we haven’t used this as the internal space enough for 3 of us. Takes an 880cm full awning (not supplied) to increase capacity/outdoor use.Caravan gas bottle included in front storage box. Step included. Shower curtain. Tows well – Mass Running Order 964kg, Max allowable weight 1165kgs. Carpeted interior and some lino in end kitchen area.
