ABI clubman 520 CT 4 Berth caravan. Registered June 2000.The caravan does have some issues but please read on.The fridge broke and was replaced with a mini fridge and microwave as seen in pics but the gas was not capped so therefore the gas cannot be used in the van until this is done (we never used gas anyway so didn’t bother us). There has been a previous repair on the front window which has some form of tape over the rubber as seen in pics. We have had this van for 9 years and it was done before we got it but we have never had a problem with it in all that time. There are a few other age related marks, etc., but nothing major. As far as damp is concerned, I have never had the van checked but I cannot see any obvious signs. Due to its age, please feel free to come and have a look for yourself prior to bidding.Having said all that, the van is in decent, clean condition and is perfectly usable as it is. We have used it multiple times a year for the last 9 years and have never had any issues with it.I have two sets of keys, manuals, paperwork, etc.I will not be accepting buy it now offers but you are more than welcome to come and view before bidding and I would encourage you to do so.Any questions, please ask.Cash on collection only.Thanks.
