Good condition for its age ,no signs of rot or mold.Front and rear seats turn in double beds. Two brand new tyres,full heavy duty awning,this is unchecked since last use but all looks ok. All internal and external lights have been checked all working , fridge and gas appliances checked and working.Two emptied calor gas bottles,step,potti toilet,Aqua master and pump Unchecked as never used them,20 metre cable.There is a water stain under the left rear window as shown in picture but absolutely dry and it’s been like that for the 4 years if owned it ,the undeside of the cushions are worn but the tops are clean and tidy,There maybe a few things you could do to improve t.his van but overall this van is ready to go.
