The caravan has got water ingress damage on the front n/s near the front window which has permanently damaged the inner frame in that area but is not visible inside the caraven. Also, it has damp stains on the rear inside which is visible on photo 3 but could possibly be re-sealed. It has 240v and 12v electrics, spare wheel. 2 burner hob and grill, 3 way fridge and gas heater are all in full working order, washroom sink but no shower. Porta Pottie (new last year) and Bulldog hitchlock for sale at extra cost, buyer to collect but delivery could be arranged by negotiation. It is a very old caravan which I have owned and regularly used since purchase in 1989 and I make no guarantees regarding its condition.
