*Interior picture to follow shortly.Here we have a 1992 Abi Ace airstream, It is a 3 berth with the sofa converting into a double and a fixed third bed. The caravan is mid way through a renovation, unfortunately we are no longer able to store it and this has forced the sale. The Caravan needs carpet, the cushions reupholstering and new curtains. The main lights have been converted to LED and the living area features remote controlled mood lighting. The kitchen has LED under lighting. The caravan is 750Kg so can be towed on any full UK driving license. The caravan is dry and in good condition. Included is a 2015 Dorema Montana super lux awning which is a brilliant large awning with lots of space. There is also a water carrier included and wastemaster for the grey water. The conversion was for myself, wife and son and due to the restrictions on towing weights we opted for a fixed third bed rather than bathroom. Campsites in 2019 generally have excellent facilities so the compromise of no bathroom vs an extra bed solves the problem of weight limits.The shower has been refitted and can be accessed via a small locked door to the rear, this was with the intent of being able to wash off sandy feet,wetsuits or muddy pets. The caravan also has an awning access panel for mains power to the awning. The Tv stand includes a cable tidy to the cupboard underneath for discreet storage of games…
