Thank you for your time This sale is for a 2 berth abi rallyman caravan dating from 1989 it is a basic starter van we have used for short breaks away.The overall condition is very good it has a few bits I feel you should be aware of there is only one cold water supplied to the sink in the kitchen area as I have removed the tiny sick from washroom area as it was cracked and never used as always go on sites with good showers and toilets.Shower tray is in place but covered with oak flooring the thetford toilet is included in sale no shower was in it and there is no hot water or heater. The marks near toilet are from where the sink leaked before being removed. Gas fire is disconnected due to its age we use a small electrical heater that is included in sale The original fridge failed and due to not being able to obtain a replacement I have installed a counter top fridge in its place.Better bits the hob has 2 rings and a grill that work fine and are powered by gas the sink is fine with a new cold water tap fitted There is a microwave oven fitted in the cupboard under the hob this is included in saleThe living area has 2 seats that make 2 single beds or a…
