The caravan has been well used as the family grew up but they are all adults now so it has to go. There is as you would expect some wear and tear throughout although the caravan is clean and looks ok, there have been a number of water leaks over the years. Most of these have been caught early and repairs undertaken but there are a few areas of concern the front right corner and the rear left corner will need some work doing in the near future. The fridge, oven, hob, room heater, toilet, 12v and 240v power and lighting, hot and cold water all work (although the pressure on the hot is not what it was and it takes a while to start coming through when you turn on the tap.)There is double glazing throughout with fly blinds and blackout blinds.
