Tidy and well cared for but now showing signs of age and damp in 5 areas – but doesn’t smell. No pets/smokers.Cooking facilities limited to 3 gas rings as grill no longer works and an oven was never installed. Two fold down tables for eating. Toilet facilities utilise a Porta Potti not cassette.Although 4 berth note that this is a small caravan with a body length of 14′ 11”. Living area can be doubled by utilising the awning and bedroom annex which comes with an inner lining. These were purchased in 2006 and the awning has been used less that 20 times and the bedroom annex less than 10 therefore in excellent condition.A remote control Enduro caravan mover is fitted and included are all accessories needed to go caravaning and include water and waste containers, electric hook up cable, TV aerial and mast, breathable ground sheet, skid mats, gas bottle, jack, stabiliser, wing mirrors, 2 storage wheels.
