Bailey ranger 470/4 4 berth caravan with front double bed and bunks to the side. Perfect project van for festivals or family holidays, a much loved and well used van with plenty of life left. Only selling as I have had to down size, some accessories will go with the van such as aqua roller, pans etc. There is also an awning (almost full size) that needs new poles (pyramid majestic) not the one in photo. Due to the vans age there are a couple of areas two I have noticed of rot and have been hardened, would ideally need to be fixed for long term use but we never felt the need to.Would need a new lick of paint everywhere and neatened up, carpet needs doing and bathroom floor (the carpet in is just an off cut we had at home). Was last used in August all electrics work fine, hob and oven work, heating is excellent, had lots of new bulbs put in, unable to work the fridge on gas but may just be me (personally I always use electrics) tows brilliantly, some external cracks that have been taped at the rear to prevent water damage, has had new pipes put in August on the bottom of the van to ease drainage to sinks and shower so brand new pipes throughout! (One less job). New shower rail put in. Could do with some new blinds in future as the plastic is aging. Original fabric still in place.Lots of original…
